Iron Sightz Security Solutions was founded in 2022 by Dr. Eddie C. Williams, a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant with a career spanning both elite Army Special Operations and Law Enforcement. Dr. Williams created Iron Sightz to deliver firearms and safety instruction that exceeds the standard, ensuring every student is not just compliant, but genuinely competent and confident.

Dr. Williams's qualifications are built upon decades of distinguished service and education. His foundation in security began as a 31B Military Police Officer, where he held critical roles including Military Police Investigations, Traffic Accident Investigator, and community-focused positions like Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) Officer and Patrol Officer. After his MP tenure, Dr. Williams was selected for Psychological Operations. This experience instilled a unique level of discipline, strategic thinking, and precision that is directly integrated into the Iron Sightz curriculum.

Dr. Williams brings this unparalleled experience into the classroom as a Certified NRA Pistol Instructor. Furthermore, his commitment to responsible firearm ownership is demonstrated through his active leadership role as the Regional Director for Cumberland County Chapter with the respected North Carolina Concealed Carry Instructors Association.
